Pixillion Image Converter makes easy to convert your images to a different file format. However, we were somewhat annoyed by the various product pushes that come with it, and we're not sure why the publisher touts it as a free program. Pixillion Image Converter has a very simple and straightforward user interface. Self-explanatory menu commands run along the top of the window and allow you to quickly add files and folders and configure conversion options.
